Back in 1987, Linda Watts had a vision—to connect top talent with the best advertising and marketing organizations out there. And just like that, The Watts Group Recruiters was born. Since then, we’ve been building incredible relationships with both our clients and the rockstar professionals we place.
We’ve teamed up with the best companies and agencies across the country, finding the right people for the right roles. And as the industry evolved, so did we; expanding into SaaS, martech, adtech, and sales to help businesses find top-tier talent in those spaces, too.
